Honey Butter Sweet Corn
Sweet corn slathered in honey butter seasoning. A simple, sweet-savory side that tastes like summer.
Ingredients
- 6 ears fresh corn
- 4 tbsp Honey Butter Seasoning
- 3 tbsp real unsalted butter, softened
- Fresh chives to garnish
Instructions
- Mix butter with 2 tbsp Honey Butter Seasoning into a compound butter.
- Grill corn over high heat, turning often, until charred in spots, about 8-10 minutes.
- Immediately brush warm corn with honey butter compound.
- Sprinkle remaining Honey Butter Seasoning over the top.
- Garnish with fresh chives and serve.
