Refund policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or we made an error.

Opened products are not eligible for return due to the perishable nature of spices. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or fully refunded at our discretion. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
