Honey Mustard Glazed Grilled Chicken
Grilled chicken glazed with a tangy Carolina-style mustard rub. Sweet, sharp, and full of flavor.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp Midlands Mustard Rub
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
Instructions
- Whisk together Midlands Mustard Rub, vinegar, oil, and whole grain mustard.
- Coat chicken and marinate at least 1 hour, or overnight.
- Grill over medium heat 6-7 minutes per side, basting with marinade.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with grilled vegetables or roasted potatoes.
