Honey Sriracha Lime Fish Tacos
Crispy fish tacos with a sweet-spicy honey sriracha lime glaze. A bright, craveable weeknight taco night.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. firm white fish, such as cod, tilapia, or mahi mahi, skin and bones removed
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 lime, zested and sliced
- 1 Honey Sriracha Lime Fish Tacos mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Salt, to taste
- 12 small tortillas, warmed
- Honey, to drizzle
Instructions
- Slice fish into 1/2-inch thick planks. In a medium bowl, soak fish in milk for 10 min.
- In a shallow bowl, stir lime zest into Honey Sriracha Lime Fish Tacos mix.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Coat fish in fish taco mix. Working in batches, carefully add fish to skillet and cook for 30 to 40 seconds per side until light golden brown and crispy. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
- Divide cooked fish between tortillas. Top with a squeeze of lime juice and a drizzle of honey.
- Serving Suggestions: Top with slaw, white onion, and cilantro.
