Lemon Dill Pan-Seared Salmon
Pan-seared salmon with crispy skin, finished in a lemon-dill butter. An elegant dinner that comes together in minutes.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets, skin-on
- 2 tsp dried dill weed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Pat salmon dry and season with salt, pepper, and dried dill.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Place salmon skin-side up. Cook 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and add butter and garlic to the pan.
- Baste with butter for 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
- Squeeze fresh lemon over immediately. Serve with roasted potatoes and a cucumber salad.
