Spiced Carrot Mug Cake
A warm, spiced carrot cake made in a mug in minutes. A single-serving treat with all the cozy fall flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 Spiced Carrot Mug Cake mix
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/8 tsp. baking powder
Instructions
- In a 14 oz. microwave-safe mug, mix egg, Spiced Carrot Mug Cake mix, flour, butter, water, and baking powder until combined, ensuring no dry ingredients remain at bottom of mug.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals just until center of cake is set, about 90 seconds total. Let cool slightly before enjoying.
- Serving Suggestions: Top with cream cheese frosting and chopped pecans.
