Cindy's Tuscan Bread Dip
This low-salt blend came from our friend Cindy, and it is citrusy, herbal, and piney with a little garlic-and-chile warmth. It was made for the simplest thing in the world: a good olive oil to dip warm bread into. Stir it into a premium extra virgin olive oil and you have an appetizer in under a minute. It also seasons chicken, brightens a marinade, and shakes over sliced tomatoes for a quick bruschetta.
