Rocket City Ribeye Rub

Huntsville earned the name Rocket City by being an integral part of the US Space program. This rub is our tribute, made to launch a ribeye into orbit. Sugar, salt, onion, garlic, lemon peel, rosemary, thyme, fennel, and a rich mix of warm spices caramelize into a deep, crackling crust that stands up to the ribeye's bold marbling. The bright citrus and sweet-spice balance cut through the richness, and it's just as good on strip steak, chicken, and pork. It's one of the most versatile rubs we make, and one of our most popular.
