Korean BBQ Pork
Thin-sliced pork glazed in a sweet-savory Korean BBQ sauce. Fast, sticky, and delicious over rice with kimchi.
Ingredients
- 1 Korean BBQ Pork mix
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 (1 lb.) pork tenderloin, silverskin removed and sliced into very thin, bite-size pieces
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together Korean BBQ Pork mix, water, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- In another bowl, add pork and corn starch, tossing to coat.
- In a 12-inch skillet, heat vegetable oil over high heat. Add pork in an even layer and cook 3 to 4 min. without stirring until golden brown.
- Stir and cook for 2 min. until pork is just cooked through.
- Add sauce mixture and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally for 1 to 2 min. until sauce is glossy and slightly thickened.
- Serving Suggestions: Top with sliced scallions and sesame seeds. Serve with rice and vegetables.
