Calabrian Hot Pepper Paste

A fiery, pungent condiment from the toe of Italy's boot, Calabria, where hot chiles are a cultural institution. This paste combines bold Calabrian chiles with extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, and salt for a condiment that adds heat and complex pepper depth to eggs, pasta, pizza, grilled meats, and anything else that needs waking up. Use it where you would use hot sauce, but expect far more character.
