Created and packaged on America's Favorite Main Street in Franklin, Tennessee, this handcrafted blend is the crossroads of sweet, smoky, and savory all in one jar. Smoked sugar, cocoa, coffee, cinnamon, and maple sugar come together in a beautifully complex rub that caramelizes on the grill and makes a crunchy, irresistible topping for baked goods. It is the kind of local original that becomes a ritual. It was created with sweet potatoes in mind, but we use it on bacon, salmon, chicken, roasted carrots and peanut butter toast!
