Piri-Piri Seasoning

Pepper-pepper — the Swahili name says it all. This handcrafted piri-piri blend uses Pequin chiles, the closest match to authentic piri piri heat, combined with Spanish paprika, lemon peel, garlic, and Greek oregano for a seriously spicy, garlicky, citrusy seasoning that's beautiful on chicken, seafood, and as a condiment base. Make a homemade molho de piri-piri sauce by mixing 3 tablespoons with 1 cup olive oil and steeping in the fridge.
