Za'atar Seasoning

Seven herbs and spices - sumac, toasted sesame, cumin, thyme, marjoram, oregano, and sea salt combined into one beautifully tart, nutty, earthy Mediterranean seasoning that belongs on every table. This handcrafted za'atar is wonderful on chicken, bread, fish, and vegetables, but it's also genuinely wonderful stirred into olive oil as a tableside dipping blend. Like curry, every family makes it differently, ours is classic and well-balanced.
